This poster was quite a fun project. With the goal being to find a child’s artwork from the pre schematic stage of development, when they don’t have the iconographic formulas we all have for objects when we get older. the next step was to update the project into a kind of illustration that fits within your current style and technique level while maintaining what is fun about the piece. The goal I had was to treat it as a really rough sketch from a client; finding out what they had in mind only through the visual decisions of  person I can’t talk to; 4 year old me.
