The post apocalyptic genre is a very interesting genre because though most are very grim several also have a lot of hope for the fact that in order to have a post apocalyptic story it can’t be set in a truly post human world. In a way that is hopeful in an interesting way because though life may have to evolve there will still be people on earth to contemplate it.
